Banana & Hazelnut butter overnight oats:
Ingredients;
1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats 11/2 tablespoon Chia seeds 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
1 Tbsp hazelnut butter Pinch salt 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt 1-2 teaspoons Maple syrup, optional 1/2 cup (120ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice 1/2 Banana

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 homemade peanut butter
Pinch salt 1/4 cup (70g) plant- based yogut 1/2 cup (120ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Pinch salt 1/4 cup (70g) Greek yogurt 1/2 cup (120ml) Almond milk or any milk of your choice 1/2 Apple, grated 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1-2 teaspoons Honey/maple syrup, optional

Mango & Kiwi coconut overnight oats;
Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup fresh Mango
1/4 cup Kiwi
1/4 cup frozen zucchini
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
TOPPING
Coconut yogurt
fresh Mango
Roasted Coconut flakes
slivered Almond
Directions: 1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container/bowl and mix until combined. 2. Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 2- 4 hours or overnight.
