Oil - 1 Tsp
Cinnamon
Clove
Fennel seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Bay leaf
Mutton Bone/Nenju Elumbu - 450 gms
Garlic
Onion- 1/2
Tomato - 1 no.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt
Water - 4 cups
Coriander leaves
For masala powder
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Peppercorn - 1 Tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp
Method
In a mixer jar, add cumin seeds, peppercorns, coriander seeds
Grind it to a fine powder
Pound some garlic with the skin and keep it aside
Pound some shallots roughly and keep it aside
In a pressure cooker, heat some oil, add cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, bay leaf, mutton bones, pound garlic, half pound Onion
Saute them
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, ground masala powder. salt, ( curry leaves)
Mix everything well 4 cup water and mix well
Close the pressure cooker and cook it for about 30 minutes
Finally, open the pressure cooker and add coriander leaves and curry leaves
Serve the soup hot with a dash of pepper
