1 tbsp | Tomato sauce / Tomato ketchup |

1/2 tsp | Pepper powder |

Step 1) Cook noodles according to the instructions (do not overcook , it may turn too soft and sticky). Drain the water and drizzle some oil and mix well. Oil prevents the noodles from sticking to one another.
step 2) Pan heat some oil and add finely chopped garlic. Then add sliced onion and saute it for a couple of minutes until the onions turns translucent.

step 3) Once the onions are translucent add finely chopped or grated vegetables - Carrots, cabbage, capsicum and cook until the veggies are 80% done.Do not overcook the vegetables we need to maintain some texture of the veggies.
Step 4) Add the cooked noodles and mix it well with the vegetables and the sauces. Finally add a handful of spring onions and turn off the heat.
That's it our delicious VEG- NOODLES is ready to be served hot. You can add a little bit of ajinomoto or MSG to enhance the taste, but without that also our noodles taste wonderful.
